Founded in 1999, the Principal and Designated Broker of O’Connor Commercial is Brian Day O’Connor. Brian began his commercial real estate career in Phoenix in 1981, working in national development firms and a national brokerage company.

Relationship oriented, Brian seeks entrepreneurial niche real estate and investment opportunities across a diverse range of real estate asset types and varied business sectors. Throughout the Southwest and abroad, Brian has represented clients in thousands of acres of land transactions; millions of square feet of lease and investment transactions; multiple business acquisition/dispositions; and private capital investments.

Brian is a fifth-generation Arizona native and a graduate of The Colorado College. Beyond his business accomplishments, Brian’s interests have included:
